Trio for atopic skin
Probiotic skincare contains live bacteria, which contribute to the skin's health and appearance
Face and body care trio for atopic skin that's dry and irritated. The probiotic Serum for Atopic Skin works intensely to restore the skin microbiome and reduce irritation in the face or most affected areas of the body. The mild, prebiotic cleanser is oil-based and contains nutrition that feeds the probiotic bacteria. The postbiotic body cream improves hydration, and soothes irritated or itchy skin.
- Serum stimulates tight-junctions and reduces the appearance of wrinkles
- Body Cream repairs the skin's barrier function and soothes dry and irritated skin.
The package includes: 1 Serum for Atopic Skin (30 ml) & 1 Prebiotic Cleanser (100 ml) & 1 Postbiotic Body Cream (200 ml)
Please refer to individual product pages for list of ingredients.
Crystals with probiotics
The fine crystals in the serum contain the probiotics. They will dissolve upon contact with your skin to release the good bacteria.
How to use
Cleanser: Wet the skin with lukewarm water and massage a few drops of the cleanser onto the skin. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
The cleanser is oil-based and free from sulphates which is why it doesn’t foam. It will remove dirt and most make-up. Avoid contact with eyes. Suitable for the face and body (but not the intimate area).
Serum: The serum is rich and ideal for over-night use. Apply a small amount of probiotic serum to clean skin, and gently spread the product evenly, in a thin layer. The serum can be used both on the face and body.
Body Cream: Apply the body cream 1-2 times a day to skin that feels dry, or tight, or irritated. Not suitable for use in the intimate area.
Don’t layer pro- and postbiotics
Do not use the body cream on the same area, at the same time, as a probiotic serum or oil.
The postbiotic cream contains preservatives that will impact the efficacy of probiotics (live bacteria). Use the products a few hours apart (for example, serum at night and the body cream in the morning.)
Store probiotics cool until first use
When unopened, keep the probiotic serum in the fridge (2-8 °C) to maximize shelf-life (best before date is printed on the tube).
Once opened, store the product at room temperature. The product will maintain maximum efficacy for the first three months after opening.
The body cream can be always stored at room temperature. The best-before date is printed on the sealed end of the tube.
Real probiotics are a science
There's a bunch of rumors, recommendations and undocumented experiences within probiotics. We try to elevate the discussion on the area and separate fake from fact, probiotic from none-probiotic
