Body care package for irritated and atopic skin
Probiotic skincare contains live bacteria, which contributes to the skin's health and appearance
Body cream and serum suitable for dry, irritated and atopic skin. The products are developed to support the skin's microbiome and soothe irritated, dry and itchy skin. The serum is probiotic and is clinically proven to help soothe atopic skin. Use the serum on areas that are particularly afflicted, and use the postbiotic body cream on larger areas with lesser irritation. The products will calm the skin, make it softer and stronger.
- Reduces rashes, flushing, irritation and itching
- Strengthens skin barrier function to more easily bind moisture
- The serum stimulates tight-junctions and reduces the appearance of wrinkles
- Improves skin health and appearance
- The serum can be used on the face or body. The body cream is suitable for the body.
Important: Do not apply the Postbiotic Body Cream on top of the serum as this will inhibit the probiotic bacteria. Use the creams on separate areas of the skin or on separate occasions.
The package includes: 1 Serum for Atopic Skin (30 ml) & 1 Postbiotic Body Cream (200 ml).
Please refer to individual product pages for list of ingredients.
Crystals with probiotics
The fine crystals in the serum contain the probiotics. They will dissolve upon contact with your skin to release the good bacteria.
How to use
Probiotic Serum: Apply a small amount of serum to the skin, and gently spread the product evenly, in a thin layer. The serum can be used both on the face and body. On the body it’s particularly suited to the most dry, irritated and itchy patches.
Postbiotic Body Cream: Apply the body cream 1-2 times a day to skin that feels dry, or tight, or irritated. Do not apply on top of serum.
Don’t layer pro- and postbiotics
Do not use the body cream on the same area, at the same time, as a probiotic serum or oil.
The postbiotic cream contains preservatives that will impact the efficacy of probiotics (live bacteria). Use the products a few hours apart (for example, serum at night and the body cream in the morning.)
Store probiotics cool until first use
When unopened, keep the probiotic serum in the fridge (2-8 °C) to maximize shelf-life.
Once opened, store the serum at room temperature. The product will maintain maximum efficacy for the first three months after opening.
The body cream can be always stored at room temperature.
Real probiotics are a science
There's a bunch of rumors, recommendations and undocumented experiences within probiotics. We try to elevate the discussion on the area and separate fake from fact, probiotic from none-probiotic
